Incidents

• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of drug paraphernalia. (See arrest of Dickey)
• An employee of Direct Care reported an incident of damage to property.

Arrests

• Michael Paul Dickey, age 35, of Paul Tuck Farm Rd. in Roxboro, NC, was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a written promise to appear.
• Christopher Michael Hartford, age 27, of Spencer St. in Caroleen, was cited for open container in a motor vehicle. He received a written promise to appear.
