Arrests
  • Ronlad David Gibson, age 18, of Mountain View St. in Forest City, was arrested for consuming alcohol underage. He received a $500 secured bond.
  • Brent William Hankinson, age 31, of Broyhill Rd. in Rutherfordton, was arrested on a warrant for second degree trespassing. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Angeleigha Nichole Smith, age 24, of Jamestown Rd. in Morganton, was arrested for resisting a public officer. She received a $1,000 secured bond.
  • Joseph Edward Shell, age 30, of Amherst Rd. in Morganton, was arrested for larceny and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a $1,500 secured bond.
  • Travis Scott Melton, age 43, of Oxford St. in Spindale, was arrested for second degree trespass and driving while license revoked.
  • Sherry Lomise Jackson, age 43, of Poors Ford Rd. in Rutherfordton, was served with a criminal summons.
  • Beckie Renna Bright, age 34, of Overlook Dr. in Forest City, was cited for larceny/concealment. She received a written promise to appear.
  • Jerry Lee Smith, Jr., age 38, of Overlook Dr. in Forest City, was cited for larceny/concealment. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Brandon Lavar Harrison, age 28, of Hardin Rd. in Forest City, was arrested for possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule II and resisting arrest. He received a $20,000 secured bond.
  • Brittney Lashai Darity, age 20, of Pisgah Dr. in Hendersonville, was arrested for possession of schedule I, possession of drug paraphernalia, larceny and aid and abet larceny. She received a $13,000 secured bond.
  • Trent Austin Travers, age 23, of White Oak Dr. in East Flat Rock, was arrested for possession of schedule I, possession of drug paraphernalia and aid and abet larceny. He received an $11,000 secured bond.
  • Reginald Van Hardge, age 68, of Clyde St. in Spindale, was arrested for habitual larceny and second degree trespassing. He received a $15,000 secured bond.
  • Cassandra Dawn Dobbins, age 24, of Amity Dr. in Forest City, was cited for larceny. She received a written promise to appear.
  • Gregory Franklin Hampton, age 24, of Greenwood St. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for contempt of court and also charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received an $80,500 secured bond.
