Alisha White Fowler, age 47, of Black Oak Drive in Rutherfordton, was arrested for warrants for two counts of possession of stolen goods. She received a written promise to appear.
Fonzbee Adam Clyburn, age 17, of Forest St. in Forest City, was cited for simple assault. He received a written promise to appear.
Lisa Lawter Greene, age 50, of Big Springs Avenue in Forest City, was arrested for breaking and entering into a motor vehicle and larceny. She received a $5,000 secured bond.
Brian Hugh Toney, age 38, of Georgia Avenue in Forest City, was arrested for DWI and reckless driving. He received a written promise to appear.
Brent Edward Moore, age 21, of Edward St. in Rutherfordton, was arrested for DWI and failure to maintain lane control. He received a written promise to appear.
Thomas Tran, age 54, of Michael St. in Bostic, was arrested for DWI and driving left of center. He received a $500 secured bond.
Michael Scott Toms, age 54, of Arnett St. in Rutherfordton, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $2,500 secured bond.
