Incidents

• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of assault by pointing a gun.
• An employee of Ingles reported an incident of larceny. (See arrest of Toney)
• Lisa Davis reported an incident of larceny.
• An employee of Whitey's Barber Shop reported an incident of breaking and entering and larceny.
• Salvador Garcia reported an incident of damage to property.

Arrests

• Candace Meagan Toney, age 31, of S. Church St. in Forest City, was cited for larceny. She received a written promise to appear.
