Incidents

• An employee of El Milagro reported an incident of fraud.
• Calvin McSwain reported an incident of breaking and entering and larceny.
• William Ruff reported an incident of larceny.

Arrests

• Tyrone Davis Nichols, age 46, of Wairline Avenue in Gastonia, was arrested on a warrant for failure to comply. He received a $420 secured bond.
• Judith Ann Shepherd, age 33, of Coventry Lane in Forest City, was served with a criminal summons for breaking and entering. No bond.
