  • An employee of the Town of Forest City reported an incident of tampering with a utility meter.
  • An employee of Wal-Mart reported an incident of larceny.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Department reported an incident of possession of stolen goods.
  • An employee of Wal-Mart reported an incident of shoplifting/concealment.
  • An employee of Wal-Mart reported an incident of larceny and obtaining property by false pretenses.
  • Nikki Wood reported an incident of damage to property.
  • Andre Alexander reported an incident of breaking and entering, larceny after breaking and entering and damage to property.
  • Rebecca Davenport reported an incident of damage to property and discharging a firearm inside city limits.

Arrests
  • Ashley Marie Dobbins, age 25, of Harmon St. in Forest City, was arrested for probation violation. She received a $10,000 secured bond.
  • Jackie Wyman Dobbins, age 56, of Harmon St. in Forest City, was arrested for violation of a domestic violence protection order. He received a 48 hour hold.
  • Garry Maurice Wood, age 62, of Hardin Rd. in Forest City, was arrested for second degree trespassing.
  • Johnnie Ray Dawkins, age 58, of State Line Rd. in Gaffney, SC, was arrested for larceny and carrying a concealed weapon. He received a $2,500 secured bond.
  • Christopher George Mullinax, age 37, of Lavista Dr. in Forest City, was arrested for possession of stolen property. He received a $1,000 secured bond.
  • Garrett Thomas Ross, age 47, of Bethany Church Rd. in Forest City, was cited for larceny. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Christopher Isaiah Whiteside, age 34, of Dogwood Lane in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for breaking and entering and larceny. He received a $1,000 secured bond.
  • Calvin Grady Byers, age 53, of Spindale St. in Spindale, was cited for shoplifting/concealment. He received a written promise to appear.
