  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of found property.
  • Roger Walker reported an incident of fraud.
  • An employee of Oakland Auto Sales reported an incident of larceny of a motor vehicle.
  • An employee of DK Cars of Forest City reported an incident of damage to property and attempted breaking and entering.

Arrests
  • John Earl Wharton III, age 26, of Womack Lake Rd. in Forest City, was cited for second degree trespassing. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Michael Douglas Herring, age 38, of Lavender Rd. in Ellenboro, was cited for larceny. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Candace Victory Roche, age 24, of Hedgeland Dr. in Forest City, was arrested for breaking and entering. She received a $100 secured bond.
  • Samuel Ray Davis, age 51, of Rock Rd. in Rutherfordton, was arrested for breaking and entering. He received a $100 secured bond.
