Incidents

• James King reported an incident of fraud.
• Shea Doty reported an incident of larceny and credit card fraud.
• An employee of Ellie Mae's Tavern reported an incident of larceny by employee.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of trafficking opium and conspiracy to traffic opium. (See arrests of Arns, Cody and Callahan)
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of damage to property.

Arrests

• Mark Alan Morrow, age 45, of Twelve Oaks Dr. in Forest City, was cited for allowing a dog to run at large inside of the city limits. He received a written promise to appear.
• John Emmanuel Knight III, age 49, of Hardin Rd. in Forest City, was arrested for second degree trespassing. He received a custody release.
• Natasha Renee Hyder, age 33, of Hatcher Rd. in Ellenboro, was arrested for DWI. She received a written promise to appear.
• Melissa Lee Callahan, age 41, of Red Rd. in Shelby, was arrested for trafficking opium and conspiracy to traffic opium. She received a $15,000 secured bond.
• Benjamin Christopher Cody, age 31, of Webb Rd. in Shelby, was arrested for trafficking opium and conspiracy to traffic opium. He received a $30,000 secured bond.
• Breia Starr Arns, age 33, of of Webb Rd. in Shelby, was arrested for trafficking opium and conspiracy to traffic opium. She received a $15,000 secured bond.
