- An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of a weapon of mass destruction.
- An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of larceny, possession of methamphetamine, possession of schedule IV and possession of drug paraphernalia.
- An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of schedule IV, possession of drug paraphernalia and trespassing.
- An employee of Dollar General reported an incident of larceny.
Arrests
- Nathaniel Adams Johnson, age 31, of Hicks Grove Rd. in Mooresboro, was cited for shoplifting. He received a written promise to appear.
- Clarence Henry Daniels, age 42, of Butler Rd. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for forgery. He received a $10,000 secured bond.
- John Charles McWilliams, Jr., age 55, of W. Main St. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for non-support of an illegitimate child. He received a $1,000 secured bond.
- Juan Antonio Espadas, age 48, of Arlington St. in Forest City, was cited for possession of an open container in the passenger area. He received a written promise to appear.
- Tonya Renee Roach, age 45, of US Hwy 64 in Rutherfordton, was arrested for larceny, possession of methamphetamine, possession of schedule IV and possession of drug paraphernalia. She received a $5,500 secured bond.
- Bryan Keith Jackson, age 25, of Valley St. in Forest City, was arrested for possession of schedule IV and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a $2,500 secured bond
