Incidents
  • An employee of McCurry-Deck Motors reported an incident of larceny of a motor vehicle and obtaining property by false pretenses.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of DWI.
  • An employee of Bubba's Fun Park reported an incident of disorderly conduct and damage to property.
  • Dianne Coti reported an incident of larceny.
  • Pamela Bradley reported an incident of a missing juvenile.
  • An employee of Murphy USA reported an incident of larceny.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of affray and damage to property.
  • Jose Ramos reported an incident of larceny.
  • Tyler Mathis reported an incident of damage to property.
  • Debra Hester reported an incident of breaking and entering.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Department reported an incident of possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule VI, possession of a firearm by a felon, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of schedule IV and possession of a stolen firearm. (See arrest of McCracking)

Arrests
  • Deborah Frances Shutter, age 40, of Piney Mtn. Church Rd. in Ellenboro, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. She received a $1,500 secured bond.
  • Ronald Gene Shutter, age 43, of Cobra Dr. in Forest City, was arrested on warrants for three counts of failure to appear. He received a $500 secured bond.
  • Alexis Queen Warner, age 23, of Lookout Dr. in Forest City, was arrested for disorderly conduct, damage to property and also served with a warrant for communicating threats. She received a $3,500 secured bond.
  • Lovie Davis Mitchell, age 68, of Westwood Dr. in Forest City, was cited for affray. She received a written promise to appear.
  • Dennis Michael McEntire, age 56, of S. Magnolia St. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for larceny and interfering with a utility meter. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Joseph Adam Morrow, age 34, of Burgin St. in Spindale, was arrested for driving while impaired. He received a $5,000 secured bond.
  • Jessica Leighann McCoy, age 27, of Windy Hill Rd. in Marietta, GA, was arrested for simple affray and damage to personal property. She received a $1,500 unsecured bond.
  • Bulmaro Gomez Aguilera, age 51, of Smith St.in Forest City, was arrested for driving while impaired. He received a $1,000 secured bond.
  • William Donnell McCracking, Jr., age 26, of Carlyle Dr. in Charlotte, was arrested for possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule VI, possession of a firearm by a felon, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of schedule IV and possession of a stolen firearm. He received a $70,000 secured bond.
