• An employee of AT&T reported an incident of larceny.
• An employee of Dollar General reported an incident of larceny.
• Melanie Spratt reported an incident of larceny of a bicycle.
• Shakeilya Simpson reported an incident of breaking and entering, damage to personal property and first degree trespassing.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of discharging a firearm inside of the city limits.
• Timothy VanDyke reported an incident of assault with a deadly weapon.
• An employee of Techtronix reported an incident of obtaining property by false pretenses.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of found property.

Arrests

• Daniel Roy Ledford, age 47, of Whiteside Rd. in Forest City, was arrested for larceny. He received a $500 secured bond.
• Claude Irwin Hamrick, age 72, of Henderson Circle, was cited for assault with a deadly weapon. He received a written promise to appear.
• Edward Andrew Gonzales, age 41, of Poplar St. in Forest City, was arrested for second degree trespassing. He received a $1,000 secured bond.
• Randall Kevin Carswell, age 44, of Reid St. in Forest City, was arrested for being drunk and disruptive and resisting a public officer. He received a $500 secured bond.
