• Patricia Watts reported an incident of larceny of a bicycle
• Gladys Ledford reported an incident of a missing juvenile.
• An employee of Wal-Mart reported an incident of consuming alcohol on an off-premise location, larceny and trespassing.
• An employee of Southern Manor reported an incident of damage to property.
• An employee of Darrel's Auto Sales reported an incident of breaking and entering and larceny.

Arrests

• Harold Lyle Bracken IV, age 19, of Shakespeare Dr. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for assault and battery. He received a $1,000 unsecured bond.
• Alvin Lee Vickers, age 53, of Overlook Avenue in Forest City, was arrested for violation of a domestic violence protection order.
• Daniel Wayne Kitner, age 34, of Clay St. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for communicating threats. He received a $1,000 unsecured bond.
• John Walter Scruggs, age 38, of Haleyville, Alabama, was arrested for assault on a female and assault by pointing a gun. He received a $3,000 secured bond.
• Dale Ellen Swift, age 43, of Fort Mill, SC, was arrested for consuming alcohol on an off-premise location and larceny. She received a $300 secured bond.
• Golden Lonnie Shelton III, age 37, of US Hwy 221A in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $30,400 secured bond.
• Allison Mae Craft, age 27, of N. Glenn St. in Ellenboro, was arrested for breaking and entering and larceny after breaking and entering. She received a $1,000 secured bond.
• Karun Clark Price, age 24, of Willow Tree Lane in Rutherfordton, was arrested for assault on a female. He received a 48 hour hold.
