Incidents

• An employee of Smith's Drug reported an incident of breaking and entering.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of misuse of 911, drunk and disruptive and resisting arrest.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of trafficking opium, possession of schedule II, possession of schedule VI and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Twila Washburn reported an incident of damage to property.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of schedule II and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Jessica Bridges reported an incident of larceny of a motor vehicle.

Arrests

• Danny Carlton Selvey, age 43, of Utah St. in Forest City, was arrested for misuse of 911, drunk and disruptive and resisting arrest. He received a $500 secured bond.
• James Dwight Hampton, age 49, of Spruce St. in Spindale, was arrested for possession of schedule II. He received a $2,500 secured bond.
• Kaelee Ann Leatherwood, age 17, of E. Church St. in Ellenboro, was served with a criminal summons for aid and abet injury to personal property. No bond.
• Anthony Hunter Swink, age 23, of Pixie Lane in Bostic, was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a written promise to appear.
• Sonya Mayse Hamrick, age 40, of Maryland Dr. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear.
• Joshua Brian Rector, age 30, of Chase High Rd. in Forest City, was arrested for trafficking opium, possession of schedule II, possession of schedule VI and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received an $11,000 secured bond.
