- An employee of Wal-Mart reported an incident of larceny.

- Linda Davis reported an incident of impersonation and obtaining property by false pretenses.
- An employee of Wal-Mart reported an incident of larceny and possession of drug paraphernalia.
- Angela Gary reported an incident of breaking and entering, illegal discharge of a weapon and larceny.
- An employee of Dollar General reported an incident of larceny.
- An employee of Wal-Mart reported an incident of larceny and second degree trespassing.
- David Greene reported an incident of damage to property, breaking and entering into a motor vehicle and larceny from a motor vehicle.

Arrests
- Bobby Clayton Bridges, age 31, of Hardin Rd. in Forest City, was arrested for second degree trespassing. He received a custody release.
- Jeremy Everette Kauffman, age 17, of Daffodil Lane in Rutherfordton, was cited for larceny. He received a written promise to appear.
- Kasie Westmoreland Robinson, age 34, of Jennings Rd. in Statesville, NC, was arrested for shoplifting by concealment and possession of drug paraphernalia. She received a $2,000 secured bond.
- Alexis Queen Warner, age 24, of Lookout Dr. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. She received a $10,000 secured bond.
- Richard Austin Butcher, age 16, of Daffodil Lane in Rutherfordton, was cited for larceny. He received a written promise to appear.
- Jessica Marie Lammonds, age 31, of Dobbins Rd. in Ellenboro, was cited for larceny and second degree trespassing. She received a written promise to appear.
- Jarian Jonelle Logan, age 37, of Parkland Dr. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $400 secured bond.
- Jose Luis Ambrocio, age 27, of Deer Park Resort Dr. in Nebo, was arrested for driving while impaired and driving while license revoked. He received a $5,000 secured bond.
