Incidents
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Department reported an incident of felony possession of cocaine, possession of schedule VI and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • An employee of Wal-Mart reported an incident of shoplifting and second degree trespassing.
  • An employee of Quality Plus reported an incident of larceny of motor fuel.
  • An employee of Rutherford County Schools reported an incident of breaking and entering and larceny.
  • Kelly Gault reported an incident of larceny.

Arrests
  • Destiny Arra Dezio, age 16, of Autumn Lane in Spindale, was arrested for felony possession of cocaine, possession of schedule VI and possession of drug paraphernalia. She received a custody release.
  • Wendy Potter Stafford, age 38, of Ivan Trail in Bostic, was arrested for shoplifting and second degree trespassing. She received a $2,500 secured bond.
  • Jimmy Eugene Jordan, age 45, of Druid Dr. in Asheville, was arrested on a warrant for possession of drug paraphernalia. He was placed on a hold.
