Incidents
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of methamphetamine, possession of schedule IV, possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest and failure to appear.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, speeding to elude arrest, aggressive driving, failure to stop for light and siren and fugitive from justice.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of cocaine.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of fictitious tag and no insurance.
  • An employee of Buildings-R-Us reported an incident of breaking and entering and larceny.

Arrests
  • Jamerson Darren Jones, age 52, of Wilkins St. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for parole violation. He was placed on a hold.
  • Terice Meshawn Watkins, age 29, of Mountainview St. in Forest City, was arrested for possession of cocaine. He received a $1,500 secured bond.
  • Kasey Dawn Woodard, age 24, of Springfield Dr. in Forest City, was arrested for larceny and also served with a warrant for failure to appear. She received a $1,500 secured bond.
  • Shanay Shaporsha Palmer, age 25, of Piney Mtn. Church Rd. in Ellenboro, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. She received a $500 secured bond.
  • Ashley Katrina Frye, age 22, of Lake Dr. in Forest City, was arrested for possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, speeding to elude arrest, aggressive driving, failure to stop for light and siren and fugitive from justice. She received a $26,500 secured bond.
  • Joshua Donald Maxwell, age 26, of 5th St. in Rutherfordton, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of schedule IV, possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest and also served with three warrants for failure to appear. He received a $38,000 secured bond.
  • Alisha Audrey Wilhide, age 35, of Amity Dr. in Forest City, was arrested on warrants for resisting arrest and failure to appear. She received a $3,500 secured bond.
