Incidents

  • An employee of Owl's Nest Sports Lounge reported an incident of damage to property.

Arrests
  • Paige Perpetua, age 22, of Walker Store Rd. in Ellenboro, was cited for possession of schedule VI and possession of drug paraphernalia. She received a written promise to appear.
  • Eva Agnes Barnes, age 27, of Hill St. in Forest City, was arrested for simple assault. She received a 48 hour hold.
  • Robert Karon McEntire, age 28, of New Hope Rd. in Rutherfordton, was arrested for trafficking cocaine, possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, maintain a vehicle for drugs and possession of a weapon by a felon. He received a $100,000 secured bond.
  • Lacy Jane Scoggins, age 30, of Pinehurst Rd. in Ellenboro, was arrested on a warrant. She received a $1,000 secured bond.
  • James Michael Hollander, age 33, of Old Wagy Rd. in Forest City, was arrested for possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule II and possession of schedule IV. He received a $15,000 secured bond.
  • Patrick Alexander Lipscomb, age 36, of Withrow Rd. in Forest City, was arrested for larceny. He received a $500 secured bond.
  • Brandi Breann Laughlin, age 19, of Trinity Church Rd. in Mooresboro, was arrested for trespassing. She received a written promise to appear.
  • Christina Mull Hollifield, age 37, of Barbara St. in Forest City, was served with a criminal summons. No bond.
  • Casey Emmanuel Briggs, age 29, of Poors Ford Rd. in Rutherfordton, was cited for second degree trespassing. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Shadarrett Lee Simmons, age 34, of Summer Slope Rd. in Forest City, was served with a criminal summons for larceny. No bond.
  • Terice Meshawn Watkins, age 29, of Mountain View St. in Forest City, was arrested for violation of a valid protective order. He received a 48 hour hold.
  • Myshayla Ja'nea Ross, age 23, of Big Springs Avenue in Forest City, was arrested for trafficking cocaine, possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver marijuana, maintain a vehicle for drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and child not in rear seat. She received a $26,000 secured bond.
