Incidents

• James Watkins reported an incident of breaking and entering with larceny from a motor vehicle.
• Soacth Calderon reported an incident of assault on a female and damage to property.
• Larry Couch reported an incident of breaking and entering.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of consuming alcohol in a business PVA and violation of a domestic violence protective order.
• Steven Poe reported an incident of larceny of a motor vehicle.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while license revoked.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of giving fictitious information to an officer.

Arrests

• Jordan Tyler Davenport, age 20, of Pointer Rd. in Forest City, was arrested for assault on a female and damage to property. He received a $1,000 secured bond.
• Landon Tyler Boone, age 24, of US Hwy 64/74 in Rutherfordton, was arrested for breaking and entering. He received a $1,000 unsecured bond.
• Arianne Elizabeth Ellis, age 22, of W. Main St. in Forest City, was arrested for breaking and entering. She received a $1,000 unsecured bond.
• Brent William Hankinson, age 33, of Broyhill Rd. in Rutherfordton, was arrested for violation of a domestic violence protective order and also cited for consuming alcohol in a business PVA. He received a 48 hour hold.
• Judy Kay Phillips, age 24, of E. Spruce St. in Forest City, was cited for of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while license revoked. She received a written promise to appear.
• Melissa Ollis, age 40, of Pax Hill Rd. in Morganton, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation and also charged with giving fictitious information to an officer. She received an $8,500 secured bond.
