Incidents
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of marijuana and second degree trespassing.
  • An employee of El Milagro reported an incident of obtaining property by false pretenses.
  • Robert Rushing reported an incident of breaking and entering.

Arrests
  • Casey Emmanuel Briggs, age 29, of Poors Ford Rd. in Rutherfordton, was for possession of marijuana and second degree trespassing. He received a $500 unsecured bond.
  • Alfred Wade Leverette III, age 25, of Wilson Dr. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $500 secured bond.
  • Sidney Claire Harper, age 18, of Flack Rd. in Forest City, was arrested for first degree trespassing. She received a $500 secured bond.
