Incidents

• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of drug paraphernalia.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of assault on a government official inflicting serious injury, resisting arrest, shoplifting, and disorderly conduct.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of fentanyl and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Jaman Edgerton reported an incident of larceny of a motor vehicle.

Arrests

• Victor Emanuel Diodato, age 31, of Rock Rd. in Rutherfordton, was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a written promise to appear.
• James Ryan Walker, age 21, of Edwards St. in Rutherfordton, was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a written promise to appear.
• Raphael Dominique Hoey, age 24, of Spartanburg, SC, was arrested for assault on a government official inflicting serious injury, resisting arrest and shoplifting. He received a $25,000 secured bond.
• Laquita Yachica Shell, age 26, of Spartanburg, SC, was arrested for communicating threats, disorderly conduct and shoplifting. She received a $5,500 secured bond.
• Nathan Wayne Coffey, of Coffee Dr. in Morganton, was arrested for possession of fentanyl and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a $1,000 unsecured bond.
