Incidents

• An officer of the Forest City Police Department reported an incident of passing substitute bills.
• An employee of Holiday Inn Express reported an incident of damage to property.
• An employee of El Milagro reported an incident of worthless checks.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Department reported an incident of possession of heroin, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Arrests

• Jada Nicole Revels, age 19, of Henrietta Ext. in Caroleen, was cited for underage possession of alcohol. She received a written promise to appear.
• Brittany Shea Folwer, age 26, of Rosedale Dr. in Forest City, was cited for giving spirituous liquor to an underage person. She received a written promise to appear.
• Dever Jason Ray Emery, age 22, of Travelers Rest, SC, was arrested for damage to property. He received a $1,000 secured bond.
• Emili Anne Bryant, age 25, of US 64 Hwy in Rutherfordton, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. She received a $1,500 secured bond.
• Patrick Alexander Lipscomb, age 37, of Withrow Rd. in Forest City, was served with a criminal summons for first degree trespassing. No bond.
• Justin Christopher Dillon, age 25, of Poors Ford Rd. in Rutherfordton, was arrested for possession of heroin, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a $10,000 unsecured bond.
