Incidents

• Ollie McDaniel reported an incident of larceny and breaking and entering.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of methamphetamine, breaking and entering, forcible trespass and damage to real property.
• An employee of Wal-Mart reported an incident of larceny.
• An employee of Roses reported an incident of larceny.

Arrests

• Dusty Allen Herr, age 21, of Arlington St. in Forest City, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, breaking and entering, forcible trespass and damage to real property. He received a $5,000 secured bond.
• Justin Keith Lowery, age 32, of S. Broadway St. in Forest City, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a $6,000 secured bond.
• Jeffery Head, age 62, of Green Hill Dr. in Spartanburg, SC, was cited for larceny. He received a written promise to appear.
• Linda May Gordon, age 66, of S. Church St. in Forest City, was cited for larceny. She received a written promise to appear.
• Darryl Scott Causby, age 56, of Arrowood Rd. in Marion, was arrested on warrants for eleven counts of breaking and entering, nine counts of larceny after breaking and entering, nine counts of possession of stolen goods, one count of attempted breaking and entering, four counts of injury to real property and two counts of injury to personal property. He received a $75,000 secured bond.
