Incidents

• An employee of Anchor Down/Chain Up reported an incident of larceny by employee.
• Sigmund McDowell reported an incident of breaking and entering with larceny.
• An employee of Wal-Mart reported an incident of embezzlement.
• An employee of Collins Metal reported an incident of obtaining property by false pretenses.
• An employee of Akita reported an incident of breaking and entering with larceny.

Arrests

• Elbis Francisco Reyes, age 25, of Amity Dr. in Forest City, was arrested on warrants for three counts of false imprisonment. He received a $3,000 unsecured bond.
• Shane Laxton Ferguson, age 41, of Old Caroleen Rd. in Forest City, was arrested for attempting to obtain property by false pretenses. He received a $50,000 unsecured bond.
• Jharon Dontia Bristol, age 21, of Sunnybrook Lane in Ellenboro, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $500 secured bond.
