Incidents

• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of driving while impaired.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of driving while impaired.
• An employee of Wells Fargo Bank reported an incident of exploitation of disabled or elderly adults.

Arrests

• Jeremy James Nichols, age 32, of W. Main St. in Forest City, was arrested for driving while impaired. He received a written promise to appear.
• Alfredo Francisco Juan, age 37, of Dugout Circle in Morganton, was arrested for driving while impaired. He received a $1,000 secured bond.
