Incidents
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule VI, possession of a firearm by a minor, felony possession of schedule VI and resist, obstruct and/or delay arrest.
  • An employee of Mustang II reported an incident of attempted breaking and entering.
  • An employee of Linear Wireless reported an incident of breaking and entering with larceny.

Arrests
  • Amanda Sue Ledford, age 21, of S. Powell St. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. She received a $3,000 secured bond.
  • Joshua David Aaron Gray, age 17, of Lynch St. in Rutherfordton, was arrested for possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule VI, felony possession of schedule VI and resist, obstruct and/or delay arrest. He received a $5,000 secured bond.
  • Dazani Arnell Dillard, age 16, of Seitz Dr. in Forest City, was arrested for resist, obstruct and/or delay arrest. He received a $10,000 secured bond.
