Incidents

• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of a firearm by a felon, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Danny Dayberry reported an incident of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

Arrests

• Victor Fitzgerald Ware, age 34, of Dunbar St. in Forest City, was arrested for possession of a firearm by a felon. He received a $15,000 secured bond.
• Kathy Willet McKinney, age 34, of Dunbar St. in Forest City, was arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. She received a $1,500 unsecured bond.
