Incidents

• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of drug paraphernalia, resist, obstruct, and/or delay arrest and boisterous shouting.
• An employee of Hire Dynamics reported an incident of embezzlement.
• Webb Hunt reported an incident of breaking and entering with larceny.

Arrests

• Leighann Marie Craig, age 22, of Powerline St. in Forest City, was served with a criminal summons for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. No bond.
• Saul Thomas Alford, age 29, of Sassafras Rd. in Rutherfordton, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia, resist, obstruct, and/or delay arrest and boisterous shouting. He received a $500 secured bond.
• Michael Don Bolden, age 51, of Franklin Dr. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for second degree trespassing and also served with a criminal summons for first degree trespassing. He received a $500 secured bond.
