- Ty'j Malik Cooks, age 17, of Ledbetter Rd. in Spindale, was cited for possession of marijuana and driving while license suspended. He received a written promise to appear.
- Becky Lee Ray, age 36, of W. Main St. in Forest City, was cited for larceny. She received a written promise to appear.
- Timothy Todd Tallent, age 40, of Forest City, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting arrest. He received a $2,500 secured bond.
