Incidents

• An employee of Wal-Mart reported an incident of larceny by price substitution.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of methamphetamine.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of counterfeit bills.
• An employee Murphy USA reported an incident of receiving counterfeit bills.

Arrests

• Joshua Odell Greene, age 33, of Old US Hwy 221A in Mooresboro, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $500 secured bond.
• Richard Allen Perrigan, age 16, of Asheville, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $60,000 secured bond.
• Crystal Williams Hudson, age 29, of Spartanburg, SC, was arrested for larceny by price substitution. She received a $500 secured bond.
• Fernando Guiterrez, Jr., age 32, of Amber Oaks Dr. in Rutherfordton, was arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a $1,500 secured bond.
• Christina Leigh Wilkinson, age 25, of Tennessee Gap Rd. in Bostic, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and also served with two warrants for failure to appear. She received a $5,000 secured bond.
• Fletcher Edward Blanton, age 28, of Gaffney, SC, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a $500 secured bond.
