Arrests
  • Thomas Scott Greene, age 41, of Stoneway Dr. in Rutherfordton, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a $1,000 unsecured bond.
  • Beth Nicole Porter, age 38, of Iverson Dr. in Forest City, was arrested on warrants for failure to appear, trafficking methamphetamine, possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver marijuana, maintain a vehicle/dwelling for controlled substance, possession of marijuana paraphernalia and also charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. She received a $52,000 secured bond.
  • April Shardae Murray, age 27, of Amity Dr. in Forest City, was cited for possession of marijuana. She received a written promise to appear.
  • Nicholas Taylor Withrow, age 22, of Hines Rd. in Mooresboro, was served with a warrant for arrest. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Ryan Avery Withrow, age 23, of Kilmer Dr. in Forest City, was served with a warrant for arrest. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Jeffrey Haynes, age 48, of Kilmer Dr. in Forest City, was served with a warrant for arrest. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Dylan Xavier Epping, age 20, of US 74 Business in Ellenboro, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $500 secured bond.
  • Shannon Lorine Dysart, age 44, of Byers Rd. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. She received a $100 secured bond.
  • Todd McKinley Mann, age 22, of Middle Street in Ellenboro, was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Cody Blake Dunaway, age 23, of Barbara St. in Forest City, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a $10,000 unsecured bond.
  • Casey Harris Scott, age 38, of Sulphur Springs Rd. in Forest City, was cited for larceny. She received a written promise to appear.
  • Darin Andrew Bovee, age 40, of JC Logan Rd. in Rutherfordton, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and also served with a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $10,500 secured bond.
