Incidents

• Shada Edgerton reported an incident of a missing juvenile.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of misuse of the 911 system.
• An employee of the All-Stor Center reported an incident of breaking and entering.

Arrests

• David Dwayne Upton, age 34, of Hardin Rd. in Forest City, was arrested for misuse of the 911 system. He received a $1,000 secured bond.
