Incidents
  • An employee of the Wal-Mart reported an incident of larceny.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule II, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and resist, obstruct and/or delay an officer.
  • An employee of B&D Pawn Shop reported an incident of obtaining property by false pretenses.
  • Linda Lingerfelt reported an incident of credit card fraud.
  • Jose Peres reported an incident of breaking and entering with larceny.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Arrests
  • Jessica Ellen Chapman, age 33, of Dock Ridge Rd. in Forest City, was cited for larceny. She received a written promise to appear.
  • Brian Travis Kimbrell, age 49, of Sourwood Circle in Rutherfordton, was arrested for possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule II, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and resist, obstruct and/or delay an officer. He received a $22,500 secured bond.
  • Anthony Jesus Lucero, age 38, of Forest Hill Dr. in Forest City, was cited for possession of an open container of alcohol in the passenger area. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Phillip Ryan Foster, age 36, of Island Ford Rd. in Mooresboro, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $250 secured bond.
  • Christopher Darren Thompson, age 34, of S. Woodland Avenue in Forest City, was cited for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Darian Ichae Alexander, age 18, of Jackson St. in Forest City, was arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a written promise to appear.
