Incidents

• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of marijuana.
• An employee of Wal-Mart reported an incident of larceny.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of a firearm by a felon, possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, carrying a concealed weapon and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• An employee of Wal-Mart reported an incident of larceny, second degree trespassing and removal of an anti-theft device.

Arrests

• Jodeci O'Keith Foster, age 27, of Springdale Dr. in Spindale, was arrested for possession of marijuana. He received a $1,000 unsecured bond.
• Shannon Lee Blanton, age 42, of Goode's Creek Church Rd. in Mooresboro, was cited for larceny. He received a written promise to appear.
• Michael Delane Ray, age 30, of Whiteside Rd. in Rutherfordton, was arrested for possession of a firearm by a felon, possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, carrying a concealed weapon and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a $15,000 secured bond.
• Amber Nicole Ray, age 27, of Whiteside Rd. in Rutherfordton, was arrested for possession of a firearm by a felon, possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, carrying a concealed weapon and possession of drug paraphernalia. She received an $11,000 secured bond.
• Gary Kenneth Kimbrell, age 55, of Whiteside Rd. in Rutherfordton, was arrested for possession of a firearm by a felon, possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, carrying a concealed weapon and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a $17,000 secured bond.
• Irine Alexandrovna Khabarova, age 21, of Mooresville, NC, was arrested for larceny, second degree trespassing and removal of an anti-theft device. She received a $4,000 secured bond.
